you request a time and sign the session agreement, then save a card with Stripe. nothing is charged until syd confirms your request, usually within one business day. then 50% reserves your session and the rest is charged automatically when your gallery is delivered.
Where is the shoot?+
studio sessions are in a professional rental studio in manhattan or brooklyn; syd confirms which one when she accepts your request, and the address lands in your client suite. portrait sessions happen on location.
Can I reschedule?+
yes. reschedule once at no charge with at least 72 hours' notice from your client suite. inside 72 hours the deposit covers the studio and the hold on syd's time.
How do I get my photos?+
in a private gallery in your client suite. heart your favorites, submit your picks for retouching, and download full-resolution files once your balance is settled.
Do you travel?+
anywhere in the five boroughs is included. weddings and campaigns travel anywhere, quoted at cost.
How long until I get my photos?+
proofs within 5 days of your session. finals within 5 days of submitting your picks. wedding sneak peeks land within 3 days, and the full gallery within 6 weeks.
Can I buy more images later?+
yes. extra retouched images can be added from your gallery at any time while it's active.
How long are galleries kept?+
your suite keeps every gallery from every session. download your originals anyway. always keep two copies.
Can I gift a session?+
yes. message syd and she'll set up a gift for any session.
What's your cancellation policy?+
