i'm syd.

creativity has always been a constant in my life.

raised in a household of performers, i spent much of my early life in front of the camera, auditioning for commercials and print ads. that experience sparked a curiosity about the magic happening behind the scenes.

i picked up photography around thirteen, experimenting with my dad's old cameras and capturing behind-the-scenes moments at school play rehearsals. it grew fast: headshots for friends, documenting my brother's rock band, promo videos for my theater department.

at MSU i found art direction, the place where photography, design and storytelling meet. it's where i feel most at home: crafting visual narratives that are bold, emotional, and memorable.

now i shoot and art-direct across new york for actors, models, artists, couples and brands.
